Terms & Conditions

  • Prior booking is required for all classes, workshops, and programs.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time to be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Packages are non-shareable and non-refundable. They may be frozen only in exceptional cases (e.g., illness or travel) upon management approval.

  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the studio or practice space.

  • Shoes are not permitted inside the studio. Please remove them at the entrance.

  • Mats and props are provided — no need to bring your own unless you prefer to.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class time to settle in and respect others’ practice.

  • Children are not allowed in the studio unless the class type specifically allows it (e.g., family or kids yoga).

  • Be mindful of noise levels while classes are in session to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

  • Mobile phones should be on silent mode during practice.

  • Photography & Marketing: Shakti Yoga & Wellness occasionally captures photos and short videos during classes, workshops, and events for social media and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in such materials unless you inform our team in advance that you prefer not to be photographed.

  • Health & Responsibility: By attending our classes or programs, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and agree to inform your instructor of any health conditions or injuries prior to class.

  • Shakti Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to update class schedules, instructors, or policies when necessary.

1. How can I book a class?
All bookings are made only through our application. You’ll find the link to download or access it on the Classes page of our website.

2. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes — cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 2 hours before class time to receive a refund or credit.

3. Are packages refundable or shareable?
Packages are non-refundable and non-shareable. However, they can be frozen on an exceptional basis (such as travel or illness) with prior notice and management approval.

4. What should I bring to class?
You don’t need to bring anything! We provide mats, blocks, straps, and all props needed for your practice. You may bring your own mat if you prefer.

5. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows free movement. Shoes are not allowed inside the studio — practice is done barefoot.

6. Can I bring food or drinks into the class?
No food or drinks are allowed inside the practice area. You may bring a closed water bottle to keep outside the mat area.

7. What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts to sign in and settle down. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class begins to avoid disturbing others.

8. Can I bring my children?
Children are not allowed inside the studio unless it’s a class designed specifically for kids or families.

9. Are photos or videos taken during classes?
We occasionally capture photos or short clips during classes and events for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear, simply inform our team before the class.

10. What if I have an injury or health condition?
Please inform your instructor before class so modifications can be offered. You join classes at your own responsibility and should consult your doctor if unsure about your physical readiness.

11. Do you offer private sessions or corporate classes?
Yes! We offer private yoga, sound healing, and corporate wellness sessions. Please contact us directly for customized programs.
